Hi Stan,

We just discussed this on our conference call.

The revision 10 we have indicated will be ready at end of June is the one
that will be ready for last call.

Regards,
Vicky.

AODV team -

Please take note of the issue below from Alvaro. There's a discrepancy we
need to address with regard to the expectations for AODVv2 last call.
Apparently the MANET minutes (I haven't looked at them yet) say WGLC
happens *BEFORE* Prague. Our milestones say *at* Prague.

Can we make a deadline of before Prague?

Regards,
Stan

Justin:

You don't have to wait for the secretariat to announce the meeting on the
list. In fact, the sooner the better. The dial in details can be updated
later. Please make sure you include an agenda with the announcement.

BTW, I just noticed the timeline (below) that the AODV team posted. It
doesn't exactly match with the interims, as they seem to be under the
impression that they have until Prague (and not before). It would the
worth making sure everyone has the same expectations. The minutes from
Dallas reflect WGLC before Prague.

Thanks!

Alvaro.

We would like to set up two interim MANET WG meetings; May 6 11:00 am

these any information regarding connecting details which can be forwarded
to the wg email list would be greatly appreciated.

We’d like to hold the first MANET interim on May 6 at 11:00AM Eastern (and
an IETF WebEx to do it with would be great). As for the second interim,
We’d like to schedule that June 10, 2015 (Again, at 11:00AM).

Sound reasonable? Please let me know.

Yes, it looks good to me.

Please make sure that no significant conflict exists with other WGs. I
didn't see any, but please check anyway here:
https://www.ietf.org/meeting/interim.html

Please send the announcement to the list as soon as possible with a
tentative/high level agenda. It the needs to be finalized a week before.

The iesg-secretariat@xxxxxxxx should be able to set up a WebEx for you.

Thanks!

Alvaro.
