I finally read through the entire specification.
Attached is a PDF with Comments / Highlighted text. Just open a reader
that has Tools/Comment/Share and choose the Comment section. I was the
easiest way for me to put comments in working a little at a time. I could
find my way back.
Mainly some minor typos or incomplete sentences.
Looks good.
I’ll post to the list – particularly regarding a few wording changes and
MUST vs SHOULD things.
