I did manage to proofread the document and made a few small changes to the
version 12d I emailed previously. Here's 12e (labelled simply as 12), txt and
xml files.
I will await any last minute feedback... and if no-one else has posted it to
MANET overnight, I guess I'll do it tomorrow morning?
