[antispam-f] Weight keyword and blocklists

This morning AntiSpam stalled. That is a little unusual and usually
due to high traffic. This time it appears to have stalled due to a
failure of the availability of the block lists used by the 'Weight'
keyword. This may be related to:
www.theinquirer.net/gb/inquirer/news/2008/04/10/messagelabs-gets-blacklisted
Commenting out rules using 'Weight' released the stall.
Perhaps this demonstrates the weakness of using third party resources
to sort ham from spam. However, I would not be without it when it
works.
