Skip aborts the current mailbox and goes on to the next one if any.
Abort aborts the whole run.
Unfortuneately there isn't a way of aborting and deferring the current
message other than by using Skip or Abort and adding a rule. When I
was on dial-up I really wanted a Defer button.
