None! AntiSpam never sends emails, it only reads them from the server.

AntiSpam has had for many years the ability to launch another app to
send mail.  We AntiSpam users used to use POPstar to send, but more
recently Frank de Bruijn made a companion app, MSC (Mail Submission
Client), which can send mail securely too.
