Taken from the ROOL HardDisc4 download on 2019-02-10 and is found in,
where else but (!Boot.Resources.!Internet.files).

Ah, good. So at least they're keeping *that* up to date now. Now all we
need is a better way to distribute these files, because picking them out
of a HardDisk4 image makes no sense (and no, 'installing' the entire
image every couple of - what? days? weeks? - doesn't either[1]).
