There should be a file called CertData on the InetDBase path. I was under
the impression recent OS versions set that up. Apparently it was there
initially, as the module did find it the first time. Weird.

If the CertData file isn't there, one easy way to get hold of it is to
get it from a recent version of NetSurf, where you'll find it in
!NetSurf.Resources under the name ca-bundle On my system the files are
identical. It's a text file, and the date on the 4th line is:
## Certificate data from Mozilla as of: Wed Jun 20 03:12:06 2018 GMT
And, yes, it's a pity that there isn't one co-ordinated location for
this important file. And filename, come to that.
