Turned out to be just one line of code...

Version 1.67.1 is available on the website (my hosting provider is
having some nameserver issues, so I can't update the 'new version
warning system' right now...).

Thank you, Frank.  Just downloaded it and dragged it over the top of
the previous 1.67 installation.  It's running now.

I'm afraid I'm still getting consistent errors:
