That's how I always run MSC, but I've made changes to Pluto's executable
so it puts the relevant files in non-default locations (by default,
Pluto wants POPstar's environment variables set up before it will accept
mail transport settings and that won't work if POPstar hasn't been
run/seen). I'll take a look at what needs to be changed to use the
normal defaults later.
If MSC could replace POPstar for sending emails, but POPstar is not used
at all because AntiSpam is used to receive emails, then maybe the easiest
solution would be to create a dummy POPstar application just to contain
the spool.mail.text (for receiving) and spool.mqueue.text/work (for
sending), and set the POPstar$MailDir variable.
Another solution for this case may be for me to change Pluto to add a new
'transport' for this case, with another set of variables. However, it
would not help MPro users.
