[antispam-f] Problems with Antispam 1.6.3.1

I've been using AS version 1.61.1 for some time with no apparent
problems. Checked the website to find the more recent version 1.63.1,
downloaded and upgraded my resident version.
It complained on loading that the mailbox labels were incorrect, also
explained why. Edited the choices file and AS now loads. However,
fetching mail does not appear to work reliably. TapirMail will work if
loaded first, but if AS fails, then both TapirMail and NetSurf tend to
fail, with 'socket not connected' message from TapirMail and Netsurf
failing to resolve any addresses.
As I'm running VRPC, exiting to Windows XP, doing a restart and then
reloading VRPC restores TapirMail and NetSurf, but not AntiSpam.
Reverting to version 1.61.1 (from the original zip file) doesn't seem to
cure the problem. Something has got scrambled and I've failed to identify
what.
Running VRPC Adjust SA 4.39 with 128Mb allocated memory.
