I use AntiSpam on my BBxM, but with Messenger Pro on my Iyonix. I've just experimented with fetching every 5 minutes, and with a Webmail Notifier (a USB toy) flashing when mail arrives. So far, so good. However, it often happens that the BBxM is up, with AntiSpam fetching new mail, before the Iyonix is up, so AntiSpam can't send the mail to the Iyonix. It stops with an error box. If I were able to put something in the "Only if ... exists" writable icon in AntiSpam's Choices, I could get it to run if and only if the Iyonix is up and contactable. The trouble is, I can't see any way to construct a suitable system variable to use. Any creative ideas? The filing system is ShareFS.
