[antispam-f] Odd rejection by @domaincaps

It was quite correct.  The  "Delete From: @domaincaps" rule rejected 
apparent spam with  "Subject: Delivery Status" .   The From: was 
"From: <>".  Unexpected but logical, there is, however, a potential 
for false positives.
