[antispam-f] Holding statistics

I've just changed my choices to keep the Progress window (default)
open after a fetch to see the stats. Unfortunately this doesn't serve
any useful purpose because all the stats are blanked out when the
state returns to Idle. Would it be possible to have an option to hold
the stats until the next fetch, or to do it unconditionally?
The main reason is that I want to know if there are any deferred
messages without having to go into the Marking... dialogue. A variant
on the Idle icon bar icon for deferred messages pending would serve
the same purpose (e.g. with a D in the top left or bottom right
corner).
