No such error here. I use StrongEd which doesn't need the filetyping
bit mentioned above. I just drop the text file into the BASIC view.

As above, minus the filetyping when using StrongEd (maybe Zap as well?).

By the way, I've seen these weird dates as well. A couple of days ago I
decided to add some code to the main program to handle this (and a few
other date/time related issues). It will be in the next release, which
will also have Martin Avison's RegEx code.
