I'm not an expert on POP3 so I don't know whether that's a server or 
client error. Others on this list may be able to tell you. It looks 
like AS is asking for a message 0 for some reason.

It's worth a try. If you can download the message that caused the 
error you might be able to see what the trouble is and clear the 
blockage. I normally have POPstar configured to send only, but I use 
the iconbar menu 'fetch' option if there's a problem with AS. It's 
very rare though.
