If you dont have any 'Weight' commands in your Rules file, then no you
will not use BlockList lookups. You could always add a
Divert Weight > 30
at some appropriate point (where it would be tested) and see if you had
the same problem!

I think it probably is PN problem ... I have added to the forum post and
will check again in a while. I just hope that their changes have not
exposed a problem in AS/NSQ and normal service will resume!
