[antispam-f] Connecting time display bug in 1.60.a5

Because my ISP was not playing ball this morning, I noticed a minor bug...
When the state 'Connecting' is displayed in the 'AntiSpam Progress'
window, the time displayed to the right of 'Connecting' is wrong!
It seems to be the time for the next scheduled connection, rather than
the time this connection was started manually.
In my case, after aborting a never-ending connect, a manual run (Select
on Iconbar) showed a time of 14m50s in the future (my RunEvery is 15m).
This is, of course, not normally noticed as the time soon should get
replaced!
