It might do, but not if eg any of your list subscribers send any
contributions TO: someone, CC: the list   or even BCC it.  You need to look
at the headers of the mails as you receive them from your ISP to see what
they are guaranteed to contain.  You might be better looking for the list
subscription address (ie where people are sending stuff to) inside a
Received: header (as demon will put the address they are actually delivering
the mail to in the topmost one of those).  The values in To: and CC: are not
reliable.
