Don't have either 'addr' nor 'where' to show what occupies that address.
Have tried to locate copies but efforts end up with 'page not found'. I
suspect that addr was written by Justin Fletcher - but searches didn't
get me any further.

If you can point me in the direction of either utility, I'll see what
they turn up. Using !Verma, the address in question looks as though it
belongs to the dormant CLib, given the addresses of modules on either
side - !Verma doesn't give any address for the dormant module. Loaded
CLib is at a distinctly different place (&023315A4).
