Can someone give me an idea what might be causing the same error message on my
Amaya (red)? When I was using the old version 6 OS software, I didn't have any
problems. A few months ago my dongles were stolen and insurance replaced them
and the software to version 9. Now when I turn the machine on and hit the start
button, I get the x-axis error message before it even takes the first stitch.
It tells me that the machine is not at head up. So I have to fix that, reset
the design and center the hoop again. Am I missing something? Or is there some
setting I have to fix? Thanks! Edna
