Here's what I use. If a customer is not willing to sign then they can go
elsewhere as there is no money in "embroidery only" to replace customers
goods...especially if they are a one of a kind or cherished piece that is not
easy to find.
I hereby acknowledge the ANY Customers Own Goods brought in for "Embroidery
Only" are left at the owners risk. In the event of incident(s) beyond Ram
Printing & Promotions Inc. control (ie. power outages etc.) we cannot be held
responsible for the replacement or replacement cost of items lost or damaged

Hope this helps.
Oh by the way I should be ordering two more machines end of this week or first
of next to increase my commercial embroidery production. Bringing the grand
total to 5 amayas (or the equivalent to 15 commercial heads of a different
brand.)

pGood morning,
I am looking for wording to use on a generic waiver for customers to sign releasing me from any liability to damage done to their items during the embroidery process. I get quite a bit of customer provided items and I would really like to have something in writing to protect myself. (and so I do not find myself running to Old Navy to replace a polo that a customer left for me to embroider)!! Thanks so much! LuAnn

15,000 stitches on a hat with Amaya is nothing...even for me as a'still'> struggling beginner. I just did a batch of hats for a jeeshow last weekand it was around that amount, and have done a couple smallorders higherthan that. Real tricky getting the settings right-and using thecorrectbest hatshat. I'm still not having much luck with 'low profile' unstructured-I've had good luck with are the 'flexfit' style with no seam infront, med. or high profile, and structured... just takes more practice to get those others right!
