I had a lot of the same problems, for giggles and grins I put it on auto feed and it works for me better... Not sure way because it should be the opposite but it works for me??? ----- Original Message ----- From: <theboards@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

I rarely get through a design w/o 2-3 thread breaks...this isn't normal, is it? I have searched the other posts...when I search I get so many unrelated topics, so I haven't found answers. I've changed density, needles, done oiling, checked presser foot, etc. But it is so frustrating to have to stop and fiddle w/this. Any suggestions?
