If it's not the speed then I can run at 1100-1200 but I will still get a break on just about every design I sew. I did a batch job for a school recently. 22 shirts about 9000 stiches per shirt and I had 47 breaks on the design which is one less than 5000 stitches. I'm not ready to call the tech because it could be something I'm doing wrong, but it seems to happen no matter what needle I use.
