Jack:
Can you tell me what was the machine problem with the fraying thread. We
have had a lot of the same problems.
Sincerely,

Barbara
A few months ago I had a fraying problem with the ARC I was using. I also
discovered a machine problem that was later corrected. But aside from that,
I have had no trouble with ARC. I plan to continue with it. Thread does have
a shelf life that should be monitored.

Hi Barbara,
We hall all of ARC threads as well and use them all the time. Prior to
using ARC, I had Isacord when I embroideried with my Designer 1 home
machine. I still use that as well. I like both equally and order which
ever one I need/want the color in. Do remember that humidity in your room
and thread play an important part in the thread. If your room is dry, your
thread will be also and can cause thread breaks. Both threads, as well as
others, are all very good.
