[amayausers] tackle twill

I have a question regarding tackle twill. I am going to do a test run today,
but I am wanting to know from you experienced embroiders!!! After you do the
outline stitch, then you lay the tackle twill on the stitched area, do you pin
it in place or how are you keeping it in place to do the sewing around the
edge??? Thank you for all of your help!
