If you file is in an OFM file format, you could do this yourself if you have
the Design Shop or higher level. (not Design Shop Lite)
If you truly don't know what you are doing, in the interest of time, you may
want to ask the person who digitized this for you to make the corrections.
If you pulled this design from a book, like Dakota Collectibles, then you would
have to hire a digitizer to analize this for you and make appropriate changes.
