[amayausers] number placement help

Hello all,
I need some advice on number placement on Youth Hockey jerseys.
These are 10" numbers. Should I go to 8" for the youth sizes?
As far as placement is concerned, should they be 1 inch below the seam that is
across the shoulder area?
I will be doing youth sizes S/M and L/XL, along with adult sizes S and M.
