Thanks Bev

My problems started recently with the upgrade in March it seems like. The
new one was running flawlessly with no problems. I haven't even had to
replace a thread roller. Since these machines run about 10 to 12 hours per
day it was exciting to see productivity increase. The refurbished one was
finicky. The tech that set them up in Nov. replaced the hook on it then. We
had to set the timing on it several times and replace the hook again. Plus
the fact it goes through thread rollers. Normally, I run the same job on
both machines but I always have problems with that one machine. Then the
software upgrade and everything went downhill. So hopefully the service tech
will figure it out tomorrow because it has baffled the phone techs.
