If you want the letters underneath to be voids under the top letters, then you
are going to have to manually digitize this. I don't believe that with DS you
can put one letter on top of another and create voids on the bottom letter. I
personally don't know of any digitizing software that will do that, but there
may be some out there. It shouldn't be too hard to digitize it though.
