[amayausers] interesting effect on fill

I am testing a design that has a horizontal fill. I am stitching it on nylon
and am not using any stabilizer. I have started and stopped it a couple of
times during the fill. Each time, the first 10 or so stitches after the
start-up did not lay flat. I have acti-feed on Does this sound like
something I can correct (other than not stopping the stitch-out during the
fill stitch).
