Use a double thick wood hoop. Hoop fairly loose and then tighten the hoop. Be
sure to pull the wrinkles out of the liner on the inside so you don't sew over
any wrinkles. i would use standard 75/11 BP needles and your regular 40wt
thread whatever brand you use.
