It's not anything you are doing wrong. I believe that .029 was a beta
version. There were several printing issues with the earlier betas. The
purpose of beta software is to identify bugs so that they can be fixed prior
to being released for general distribution. We haven't seen any printing
issues with the past few versions prior to the final version released to
manufacturing.

Subject: [amayausers] exact placement

Hi everyone,
I asked this question earlier and didn't get any
responses. I have several things were I need to line
up the design in an exact spot. Before I would print
my design with the red origin lines and use this for
exact placement. A tech came out and upgraded me to
.029 and now when I PRINT the origin lines DO NOT line
up in the middle of the design. Yes, I have centered
the design in DS and the origin lines show up fine on
the screen--they do not print out in the same spot as
the screen show!

What a pain! Do I have something set wrong??? Or is
this a problem with .029. I never had problem with
this before switching to .029.

Thanks,
Susan
