It's not DesignShop--I'm just trying to open the OS. Have completely removed any internet security programs (don't intend to go online with that computer). Disabled firewall. Uninstalled software (for the 6th time)...reload software. Crossed my fingers, said a prayer, and................same error.

Windows 7 has been buggy and Melco hasn't released a patch for it yet.
