Gabi,

We will have to assume that the rollers and face covers were installed and 
seated correctly.

Go into "Maintenance", "Steppers" and in the  "Thread Feed" column, left click 
on the "Home" tab a couple of times. What you are hearing is the nylon main 
thread feed drive gear not meshing properly with the individual thread feed 
roller gears. The clicking/snapping will result in the main and/or individual 
thread feed gears to fatique and fracture around their hubs if allowed to 
continue. Getting all of the gears back in sync will solve your problem.

Sometimes if the thread feed rollers are not seated so that they mesh together 
properly, then they will not line up with the main drive gear on the 
motor.......
