Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit I have a design I am going to apply to the back of denim shirts and front of hooded sweatshirts ( full front no zipper). It is a large design with over 33,000 stitches and I am looking for advice on how best to hoop it with a clamp type of frame. (7.5" X 6".) I want to make sure the material and backing stays tight. I did a sew out on it last night and it came out surprisingly beautiful, for a stock design, but I did have some puckering at the edges and I think this is because there was some flagging going on. The only other way to hoop this, with what I have on hand, is the really large wooden frames that come with the Amaya as part of the start up kit. The design is 5.024" X 5.244". I am reluctant to use adhesive spray based on the large number of stitches and effect it has on needles. Since I have used my clamp system only once, on a jacket, I am a little apprehensive to use it on shirts. Any suggestions?
