Roland,

Send me your design and I will fix it for you if you want. Let me know what version of software you are running so I can save it for you so you can read it.

I tried that first-and the colors would be the same from the bottom of one
letter to the top of the next-with or without the color change!
And using the 'color wrap' in amaya-changed the ENTIRE logo above the
lettering to the same three colors...NOT want we wanted.

Roland,
Just insert a color change between each letter in the letter properties box.

We finally found it, and then realized immediately that if we click on
color
wrap-it takes the ENTIRE DESIGN and wraps it with three colors- not what
we
wanted! So I converted the type to wireframe, and found that I have to go
through every single letter and remove a cut and make it a color
change...up
to over 75 color changes already and not finished yet....GOT to be an
easier
way to incorporate this font into logos!

You have to right click on the very first color box and select the 3
color wrap.

Frank, we can't find 'color properties' anywhere...where do you find it?
Nothing at all comes up in properties when we click on the lettering.
And will this affect the rest of the design or no?

Roland,
What I have done with that is: go to "color properties" and then
"options".
Then set "color wrap to 3. Set the colors in the order that you want
on the
palette and add a color change between each letter in the lettering
properties box. That will give you the same three colors for each
letter.

Anyone familiar with the flame font? The color printout shows the
whole
alphabet having 3 color banding (example shows flame
coloring-red/orange/yellow from top to bottom of all letters)
but when I typed in 'Barbecue Catering' the color goes from bottom of
one
letter to the top of the next-instead of starting over! So I can't
have a
continuous 'red/orange/yellow' flame motif across the word-it goes up
and
down like a wave. Do I have to do 'one letter' at a time?
