Is your machine near sunlight? Is it on all needles or just one particular
needle? Does it happen on a certain design or area of a design? Do you have
an XT or a big red? When was the last time you oiled the bobbin/hook? What
type of thread are you using? Is it newer thread or has it been sitting around
for awhile? What about the last time you cleaned out the bobbin are and the
bobbin case?
The more info you can give on problems the better someone can help you...
