Thanks Tom!! I need to do that soon cuz having two needles down is a real pain when you do a big jacket back!! I have been saving names and numbers of other embroiderers in the central Indiana area just in case I get a large order and need to contract part of it out. Would you be interested? I work part time at a local hospital that gets shirts for all 600 employees each summer. I've thought about putting a bid in, but need to know who locally could help me out. Email me at drader@xxxxxxxxxxxxx if interested. He is lives in Indiana near Indy. His phone number is 317-354-7817. I just had him here about a month ago for my extended warranty checkup. Needle 16 & 15 are both down. They just have one false thread break after another. Is your machine under warrenty? Mine is just 9 months old and they will probably assign a guy to come out and check my machine. But, maybe since he is in the area, he may come by and see you at the same time. Feel free to call at the number below if you need more info! I have reset design, turned off machine, hit the E Button, etc. The machine comes back to life OK and the message is gone but when I start sewing, the needle hits the thread cutter blades in the needle hole and breaks off and of course the error message reappears.. It seems as though the cutter blades are not retracting out of the way, then I get the Z Error message again when the needle hits the top of the blades.. I tried resetting the cutter blades with the arrows, but they don't move. I hit the Trim Immediate command, but they still don't move. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: amayausers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:amayausers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of r.rinehartsr Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 11:17 AM To: amayausers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [amayausers.com] Re: Z Axis Time Out error Tom, Sometimes I hit the e button and when I release it, all is fine! But, I have also had to reset design on occasion, but if you do that make sure you write down the stitch # you are on and the position of design!!! Debbie in Martinsville.
