If I were you, I'd go into Program Files/Melco Embroidery Systems/Amaya/Current
and delete everything in there. Then reload your file.
I think your first mistake was shutting down after your hubby hit the emergency
stop. You should have just unlocked it and continued. I often hit the E Stop
to stop all the vibrations which drive me crazy.
