Learn how to use the control panel and definitely use the trace button before
you begin sewing. Then play with the machine -- learn how to change threads,
adjust pressure foot, adjust material thickness, change needles and use
different types of materials.....get used to changing out the bobbin threads as
well as the hoop arms to go from flats to hats! And most of all, ENJOY the
machine and don't be afraid of it.
