Hi there.  My husband used to fly.  What I remember of them was about any 
fabric worked (anything stiff, like duck cloth).  I have seen them screen 
printed, etc.  The "Remove Before Flight" tags, yes?  Ah, memories of when I 
used to make cockpit covers.    ANYWAY, duck cloth, Sunbrella, etc., should 
work fine.  You might want to check with King Aircraft.  They do a lot of 
little stuff; might have these.  If you can't find any, let me know.  I can 
make the blanks for you.
