Tina is definitely correct about floating.
I think that it's always better to hoop it as it would certainly avoid any
slippage but there are times "floating" works well
Esp w adhesive or "sticky" stabilizers as most of those are 1.5 oz tearaways
On a dense stitch count I would float another layer of tearaway
BTW Future plan for our new Eco-Stick will be to make a recycled fiber needle
friendly adhesive cutaway
