Well, it's not trimming. I set the trim count to 2, using the same file
(.exp to .ofm) which had 2 jumps. No results. I'll try .dst and let you
know. Although, now I think there is something else I am overlooking.

Hi Anand,
Welcome to the world of Amayas!
What I found was that the .dst format read into Design Shop with 3 jumps,
while the .exp format read with only 2. Interesting, don't you think? Since
I had my jump count set to 3 for trims, the Amaya wasn't trimming. This is
all theory so far since I haven't been in the shop to try it yet, but I
think it's probably the case.

Maybe one of the computer pros can explain these differences.

Mary,

Pleae let me know if it works.

I have just ordered my first Amaya.

Anand

I am suspicious that the format changes might be causing the problem. I
never would have thought of trying .dst. I'll check it out.
Thanks Anand.
