I have one file I set the jump stitches for time = 1. You could try either 2
or 1 and see if it works. I'm sure someone will give you more help on the
software end, but this might help for the time being.

Should I be saving the file as .cnd? When I do, I get a whole lot more
stitches, like 5% more.
