So here is my tip of the month. instead of trying to embroider .2" or under
letting with a density of 5 or higher, try this. Run it with a density of 8
....however, for underlay, use single zig-zag at 100% width, also at a density
of 8. Between the 8 underlay and the 8 top stitch, it comes out to very close
to a density of 4. This seems to be working great for me lately and haven't had
any thread breaks yet. Try and let me know. Input is appreciated.
