This is usually the case, as I've heard. Also at the traveling road
shows
and seminars. Although sometimes you have to pay for the course but the
information is good too.
Check Melco's website and look up "Events" and it lists all of their
scheduled dates and locations where Melco will be represented.

I was told you can purchase the software upgrade for half the cost at the
trade shows.
