Lots of topics on this you might want to do a search for thread trimming and
see if anything helps.
Also, in the future it would be helpful for the techs if you can give them as
much information on your machine and if you see it more on one needle more then
another. Also, have you checked out the cutting length and see if changing
that might help you as well.
