Have you actually started to sew yet?
if not hit the emergency stop button then twist it on
to reset it and try to trace again.

If that doesn't work try to shut the machine
and the OS down and restart both,
a lot of the timer something glitches and can be reset
by these methods.

Give it a try!

Help, I apologize for changing the topic here, but I have an emergency and
can't seem to find any help in my manual. After hooping up my shirt and
tracing the design, I got an error message that said X motor tracking error.
I've spent the past 30 minutes looking through my manual but found nothing in
the trouble shooting area for this. I really needed to get this shirt done
tonight. If anyone can help me before too late I will be forever indebted to
them!!!!! Debbie in Indiana

    Hi all,

Can anyone give me suggestions for a storage system for organizing my
thread. I have all 5 meter cones and need to build or buy a thread rack or
whatever. I don't mind building something, but I wouldn't mind checking out
some that you may have purchased. Can you please send me your thoughts? Thanks
