This happens to me frequently. It appears as though the trim isn't
completing before the tension on the thread increases causing the thread to
pop out of the needle when it finally breaks from the last stitch. Most
annoying!

It is coming out immediately after trimming!

Is it coming out after the trim or when it starts to stitch again? If it's
the latter, check your inching stitch count (look under Settings, Machine);
you may want to increase it (e.g. if on 3, set to 5 or 7; if 5 change to 9).

Can someone tell me what would be causing the thread to pull out of the
needle after a trim???

Thanks!
